Will New windows help with condensation?
Yes! Our UPVC sash windows are glazed with toughened glass. The air gap between the panes means the internal glass is not as cold as single pane glazing its most likely replacing. Therefore helping reduce the condensation in the room.

How long will the windows last?
UPVC Sash windows come with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee, so if anything happens in 10 years we will come and fix them. The good news is that they are built to last a much longer than that!.

Do your windows come in different colours?
Yes, PVC- U Sash windows can be colour matched to virtually any RAL colour. Our PVC- U casement windows come in many colour options. So if you would like a different colour simply ask.

Can your windows match any design?
Yes, PVC- U Sash & Casement windows can be match to existing designs of windows.

What areas do you cover?

What is a CERTASS Certificate?
The CERTASS Certificate confirms that we have put in your windows according to building regulations. It means that you don’t have to apply to building controls for the works carried out. It is the independent governing body for the window industry, it is exactly the same as FENSA however we are registered to CERTASS.

Do you need planning permission to replace your windows?
In the majority of cases it’s a no, but we can always investigate where you property is and give advice. It is mainly only required if in a conservation area or listed building (there are a few exceptions to this)

What are your lead times?
Our lead times depend on the factory, so once your windows are made they are fitted. This tends to be 8 weeks.
